A s a continuation of the International Symposium on Integrated Uncertainty Management and Applications (IUM 2010), which was successfully organized at Japan Advanced Institute of Science and Technology during 9-11 April, 2010, IUKM 2011 will take place at the College of Computer Science and Technology of Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China, between 28-30 October, 2011. The principal aim of the Symposium is to provide a forum for exchanges of research results, ideas for and experience of application among researchers and practitioners involved with all aspects of uncertainty management.
The authors are invited to submit their full papers by June 5, 2011 . The
submissions will be peer-reviewed for originality and scientific quality . The proceedings of IUKM 2011 will be published by Lecture Notes in Artificial Intelligence from Springer.
The Best Paper Award of IUKM 2011 is sponsored by Elsevier and International Journal of Approximate Reasoning.
